A bit of Bio.....

Jill Wigmore-Welsh MSc HPC : Probably first learned about coaching from top sport coaches, way back in the 80's. As team GB Physio, from the mid 80's to late 90's, Jill supported elite athletes at National and International events, like Commonwealth Games, World, and European Championships. In the evenings she spent may hours over dinner comparing and evolving motivational, and goal setting processes with top GB coaches . In her work Jill frequently coached top amateur and professional competitors, to full fitness ready for Olympic events, or stage performance. From a start as a state registered HPC physiotherapist her capabilities have expanded. Trained as a Consultant Physiotherapist, Hypnotherapist, NLP Trainer, Feldenkrais Bodywork Trainer, Bones for LIfe Practitioner, and a double certified Coach. Her research interest is in perception of self change, and her interests include spiral dynamics. She has presented at several NLP conferences in London, the Holigral Conference in Glastonbury, the ACPEM conference, and the CSP conference in 2008. Over the past 15 years she has trained groups and individuals in stress management, Feldenkrais Bodywork & NLP.

A successful business woman, additionally she is Educational Director of Academy of Sports Therapy & Bodywork, dedicated to training hands on skills of bodywork. It's partner training company, Inspirational Academy is dedicated to training NLP, Stress Management & Hypnosis. Her health studio in Berkshire is The Inner Place, which is a perfect location for consultations. Probably the most uniquely qualified health professional in the UK, Jill is passionate about happiness and good health. A published medical writer, with numerous articles published in various journals, and 14 audio recordings of Feldenkrais & Hypnosis, she is often asked to contribute on local radio BBC Radio Berkshire, & 210 FM. Jill is author of several ecourses, including ebook Happy Words, and the internationally supported website & e-course  How to Know What  You Want

 

Having sold her dinghy a couple of years ago in her free time Jill enjoys spending time with her family, painting, rather badly, in acrylics, exploring the countryside while throwing a frisbee for her border collie, all too infrequently horse riding, skiing, and trying to discover the art of golf
